Named after the third highest peak in the Lake District, the Helvellyn roast evokes memories of summer hikes. This light roast is distinctly fruity, with undertones of stewed rhubarb, a zesty-lime acidity and notes of peaches. Helvellyn takes the natural flavours of a British summer and condenses them into a beautiful, complex roast. This coffee is perfect for a scenic break during a gentle hike.

  • Use approximately 12g of coffee per cup.
  • Your beans should be ground to suit your preferred brewing method.
  • A coarse grind is perfect for a cafetière.
  • A medium grind is great for a drip filter method.
  • A fine grind is best for an espresso and for the Aeropress.
  • Try to brew your coffee straight after grinding to get maximum flavour.
  • If you are using a pour-over method, allow the water to be slightly below boiling and leave it to brew for around 3-4 minutes.
